Pieces of the Five progress...
Mar. 30th, 2013 02:05 amOn chapter 46/54. Even if that's nine chapters, I still can't believe I'm so close to the finish line on the first time. Granted, I would have to revise everything, ever, beginning with the substandard plotting, but it would be very good for my mood to finish it.
Also on book 7/8 of my original Land of the Wyvern story. Revelations are being had for all those present, let's just say. ;) I hope I could work book 6 so that it's a good preachy book and not where I "jump the shark."
Past Wild Endurance is on chapter 4, but I stalled on it to work on...let's just say another project or two that you would never see linked here. They are my ultimate indulgence, let's say. Anyway, dropped some foreshadowing in chapter 4 that might remind some people of a certain webseries for a public domain character that I obsess over. Again, lips sealed. I'm not sure whether to start posting chapters 2/3s (8 or 9 chapters in, I guess), or wait until I have everything completed.
Transfered to a adviser for creative writing, which I see as beneficial. The last one was nice, but this dude has less students on his plate, or so I heard. We talked about Godzilla for a bit.
I'm now onto Fresh Pretty Cure. It's a little dull, especially since Love and a certain future character will steal the spotlight a lot but it's getting interesting. Miki should have had a storyarc about her family situation but Inori would have been fine with single episode plots. Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo is still the only Cure series that hasn't been fully subbed but I'll be patient. I haven't seen most of Smile or Doki Doki yet, but I have all episodes to breeze through for the former and the latter would have a good chunk of episodes released so I could see the plot progress.
