Joining and Almost Missing "Missing"
Jul. 31st, 2023 06:02 pmI joined an online group. After twitter’s CEO made one of his many foolish decisions, a person I followed put up an invite to their discord and I decided to join it. I’ve been commenting sporadically on various topics and even joined in the voice chat a couple times. It has been an interesting experience, though there were a few moments where I feared I made an alienating flub. This could be a good place to socialize and make connections, especially with the library writer group being off this and next month and it’s future so uncertain.

That’s all for now. It’s quiet now a family member’s staying in another state for vacation. Edited and posted this later in the day than usual but I had a busy morning helping with shopping and doing my daily writing. Until July’s end, see you!
