Had a bit of a scare with our pet rabbit. She had stopped eating and hadn’t been moving around much one Thursday evening and she still didn’t move Friday evening. She also didn’t even defecate. Hearing what my parents said and looking up systems, I told them that the advice online is to get them to a vet immediately. Their ordinary vet was unavailable, so they had to bounce between 2 different locations to get to a place that could take care of rabbits. It was a stressful Friday and Saturday of waiting, wondering if she’ll survive. When we heard she was starting to do that on Saturday and even chewed through an IV, we were relieved she was getting onto the mend. She came back home shaking and a bit skittish but within a couple days, she was getting back to her curious, relaxed self. My parents applied some advised medicine to help with pain and get her appetite back but she quickly got it back and ate normally, so my parents pulled back from that. I’m glad that crises is over and our rabbit can be happy and healthy again for hopefully many more years.
I’ve gotten used to having Invisalign now. I visited with the orthodontist wondering if they were going to check if I was using them right but they only offered my next Invisalign set and we left. Maybe I should have asked more directly if I used the Invisalign right and if my rinsing practices weren’t harming them. Ah well, maybe next time. I’ll need some dental work done by the 12th set but that’s a long way off. Two days later, I also went to a dentist to get my teeth cleaned, so it was a busy week. They’re not my usual dentists but after going to them for another issue, they said it was advised to have teeth cleaned slightly more often in the year. I informed her, admittedly in a slightly bragging way, my dental cleaning practices and fortunately, she said I seem to be taking care of my teeth well.
That’s all for now. Still writing, leaning towards but unsure if I’ll make up the missed writing days in May or not. I slept late today, so I’m posting this a day early. Until the end of next month, see you!
