Haven't updated in a while
Sep. 19th, 2012 11:47 amFinished Trinity of Loss and sent it for someone to look over characterization-wise. The Babysitter For A Day story is almost thirty pages, and I've got the feeling it's going to be my longest one-shot. I have many other finished stories I want to look over, but I'm a bit lazy and the Fall Semester has started up for Quinnipiac.
I have Racial and Ethnic Group on Monday and Wednesday. The class is pretty much reiterating what I've learned online, but I like it so far and the Professor is interesting to talk with. I think this will be another of those classes where I talk too much. The other class is Practicing Stylistics, with meets once a week on Mondays for around 2.5 hours. I want to improve my writing, so I'm going back to basics with learning the rules of the English language. The readings can be a chore, but the class itself is interesting and so is the Professor, though he could be a bit long-winded when it comes to answering a question. Since these classes start at 5 pm, I've been sleeping a bit later.
The person who is supposed to pick me up to go various places is extremely late. She said she would be here by 10:30, but it's almost noon and there's no sign of her at all. If she isn't here in one minute, I'm going to cease waiting and do my usual routine of watching Ultraman, Pretty Cure, and Democracy Now.
