To help with my sleep, I decided to buy sleep headphones. I read they could play relaxing music to drown out snores and other disrupting sounds. I’ve been experimenting with how to use it, since I discovered when I got it Monday it needs to be charged and connected to a device to play music. I’m trying to only use the sleep headphones when the disrupting sounds start, to let my phone rest and conserve headphone charge. Also, the sleep headphone material might irritate my skin and I want to limit contact. Maybe I should have gotten another brand but for now, I’m trying to make this one work. I got dental work earlier this month. I had a temporary new crown inserted on a bottom back tooth. Fortunately, I was numbed enough the only discomfort was the rubber thing keeping my mouth open and that was adjusted at my request. Dealt with some sensitivity and had to be careful flossing and brushing that tooth the next few days but otherwise, it was fine. I went back yesterday to get a permanent crown. It feels weirdly smooth but I think I’ll get used to it.
That’s all for now. I had my library writer group meeting last week and it went well; I got good feedback on my second submission. I also got back from a walk where I should have worn a thicker jacket. I hope I don’t get sick. Until May’s end, see you!
